Las relaciones entre China y Alemania en el tablero de la Economía Política Internacional. Una mirada desde América Latina
Tras las reformas económicas sociales y políticas de la República Popular de China iniciadas a fines del siglo XX, hacia comienzos del siglo XXI el país oriental se viene consolidando como una gran potencia desde diferentes planos. China se presenta como un poder desafiante ante potencias como Estados Unidos y Japón y un actor relevante para el “sur global”. En este trabajo el autor explora los vínculos contemporáneos entre China y Alemania y discute algunas de sus implicancias para la economía política internacional y la geopolítica global. Del tipo de configuración económica de estos vínculos diferentes capitalistas alemanes saldrán beneficiados o perjudicados. En este trabajo se plantea que en ciertos casos capitales alemanes son beneficiados por la expansión china en América latina.
After the social and political economic reforms of the People's Republic of China started in the late twentieth century, towards the beginning of the twenty-first century, the eastern country has been consolidating as a great power from different levels. China presents itself as a challenging power against countries such as the United States or Japan, and a relevant actor for the "global South". In this paper we explore the contemporary links between China and Germany and discuss some of their implications for international political economy and global geopolitics. The type of the economic configuration of these relationship could benefit or harm different German capitalists. In this paper we propose that in certain cases German capitals are benefited from the Chinese expansion in Latin America.
