Apuntes para el estudio de las fracciones del capital durante el tercer gobierno peronista (1973-1976)

El tercer gobierno peronista (1973-1976) se proponía llevar a cabo una profunda reestructuración del capitalismo argentino mediante un ambicioso programa que buscaba fomentar el desarrollo nacional a partir de una planificación integral de la economía que abarcaba múltiples aspectos de la vida económica y social. Este trabajo busca indagar en la actuación de las diferentes fracciones del capital en este período crucial de la historia argentina. Para este propósito, se describe el comportamiento de las principales fracciones del capital y corporaciones empresarias durante la segunda sustitución de importaciones (ISI) y en particular frente al proyecto económico de José Ber Gelbard, y su accionar en la desestabilización final del gobierno peronista que culminó con el golpe de Estado del 24 de marzo de 1976.

The third Peronist government(1973-1976) aimed to carry out a profound restructuring of Argentine capitalism through an ambitious program that sought to promote a national development on the basis of a comprehensive planning of the economy that covered multiple aspects of economic and social life. This work seeks to investigate the performance of the different fractions of capital in this crucial period of Argentine history. For this purpose, it describes the behavior of the main fractions of capital and business corporations during the second import substitution (ISI) and in particular facing the economic project of José Ber Gelbard, and his actions during the final destabilization of the Peronist government that culminated in the coup d'état of March 24th, 1976.
